Victoria Park Midsummer Fair knitting picnic
Come along for an afternoon of outdoor knitting! A blanket or folding chair will be useful. Bring a picnic lunch or buy it there.
Date: Saturday 19th June
Time: 12pm onward
Venue: Victoria Park Midsummer Fair
Address: Lauriston Rd, E9
directions: from Mile End catch the 277 bus (straight down Grove Rd), alight first stop once through the park, or 12-15 minute walk.
We'll be outside the cemetary gates, next to Elbows (see pic below). Alternative arrangements will be made in the case of inclement weather -- check back here, contact me or I'll post a sign on the gates. There are plenty of nice pubs in the area we can move to!
Contact Pauline for more info.

hi, looks like i just missed this great sounding meeting, but i will be in london for the next two weeks in order to look for a place to live and i need to make friends as well, my young man and i are relocating from chicago, so i was wondering if you would be having any meetings before 6 july. knitters tend to be good people!
